We want our society to become more compassionate, so that people understand: anyone can end up on the street, and helping someone in need is only natural. Through stories about who the homeless are, how they ended up on the streets, why they need help, and how we provide it, we challenge stereotypes surrounding homelessness and raise funds for our work.
It is important for us to be open and transparent, because reputation is the most valuable asset a charitable organization has. That is why we share daily updates about our aid projects, staff, volunteers, beneficiaries, and donors, and report to the public on all our activities. And this attracts even more caring people to Nochlezhka.

We organize public events and charity concerts, engage with journalists and other public figures, manage social media accounts and send out newsletters, produce videos, and create memorable public service announcements. We work as a large team in the resource development department, which includes fundraisers, volunteer coordinators, PR and social media specialists, grant specialists, a project manager, and a special projects coordinator.
